CHOLE




INGREDIENTS:


cooked chick peas - 1 tin

onion - 1 medium (finely chopped)

tomato - 1 medium (finely chopped)

green chillies - 2-3

coriander - for garnish

salt - as required

red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp

garam masala - 1tsp

dhania powder - 1/2tsp

jeera- 1tsp

cloves - 1



METHOD:


-Heat oil add jeera and clove and fry.

-Add the onions and fry till soft.

-Now add tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are mashed.

-Add the slot green chillies.

-Add salt , red chillie powder , dhania powder and garam masala and cook for 5 min

-Now add the chick peas and cook for 5min.

-Add 1/2 glass of water and cook till thick gravy consistancy.

-Garnish with corainder and serve with roti's.
